How do I receive my ticket after payment? +
After successful payment, a QR-coded e-ticket is instantly generated and sent to your registered email. You can also download it directly from the confirmation screen.
What payment methods are accepted? +
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets — all secured through Razorpay. International cards are also supported.
Is food included with the ticket? +
Yes! Both General and VIP tickets include lunch and refreshments on both days. VIP tickets additionally include the exclusive Gala Dinner on Day 1.
Can I book tickets for a group? +
Absolutely. You can select Group Booking Quantity during registration (up to 10 tickets). For larger groups, please email admin@sonicai.tech for special rates.
What is IB No and where do I find it? +
IB No (Independent Business Number) is your AI TECH member ID. You'll find it on your AI TECH dashboard or welcome email. If you don't have one, contact your referrer or admin@sonicai.tech.
Is there a refund policy? +
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing us with both parties' details at least 7 days before the event.
